Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst position in a dynamic international project for a customer from the banking industry.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience in banking / financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, systems).
• Experience managing complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-related projects or reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL.
• Exposure to architecture concepts or system design.
• AI-enabled Mindset (Key Differentiator).
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).

• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including requirement definition, refinement, and validation.
• Analyze systems, data flows, and integrations to define scalable solutions.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impacts across systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Support UAT processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
