Project Manager (K/M)

The company offers natural gas and complementary services nationwide through a network of Customer Service Offices.

• Higher education.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate environment or with complex stakeholder structures.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI/PMBoK, Agile) and ability to adapt them to project nature.
• Experience managing projects based on structured standards, reporting, and risk management.
• Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent) and MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to improve project management methods and collaborate on tool development.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Effectiveness, business responsibility, continuous development orientation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or consumer energy projects.
• Participation in IT system implementation projects (e.g., CRM).
• Knowledge of PPM/corporate tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure, Clarity PPM).
• Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
• English language proficiency.

• Lead projects and project teams from initiation to closure.
• Plan project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate project execution independently and in cooperation with other Group companies.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, budget, and risks; report status.
• Manage risks, changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Execute projects according to organizational standards and participate in their improvement.
• Collaborate on the development of project management tools and solutions.
• Share project knowledge and support the development of project work standards within the organization.
