Senior Business Analyst

Client: A global leader in gaming, delivering entertaining and responsible gaming experiences across all channels and regulated segments, including Gaming Machines, Lotteries, Sports Betting, and Digital. The company operates in more than 100 countries with strong local presence and relationships with governments and regulators.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology or gaming/lottery environments.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, clarification, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience managing epics, stories, and traceability in JIRA.
• Ability to translate high-level business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional scope.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Delivery, QA, Compliance, and external partners.
• Understanding of end-to-end player journeys and orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT/CAT and defining acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage scope, dependencies, and requirement lifecycle governance.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Gaming / Lottery Platforms, Product Lifecycle Management, heavily regulated markets, QA Processes, UAT / CAT, BPMN, Jira, Agile / Scrum, Regulatory Compliance, Traceability Management.

• Responsible for capturing, clarifying, tracking and governing business, regulatory and player-experience requirements to ensure Option A is defined, compliant and deliverable on time.
• Focus on requirements within the product scope; excludes player-facing UI/UX for 3rd-party apps/VLTs and technical/API documentation.
• Act as the central point for functional clarification, coordinating with SMEs, Product, Architecture, Delivery, Compliance, QA and external partners.
• Collect, consolidate and formalize requirements for the LoRo VLT opportunity.
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies and traceability in JIRA.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between LoRo requirements, JIRA Epics/Stories and final acceptance.
• Support scope governance: define baseline vs custom behaviour, out-of-scope items and transitional requirements.
• Define and clarify user journeys, game configuration, pool logic, multiplier mechanics and integrations with 3rd-party player experiences.
• Ensure all requirements align with regulatory obligations, approvals and compliance constraints.
• Work closely with Architects/Tech Leads and QA Leads throughout elicitation and delivery lifecycle.
