LLM / Agentic AI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Very good practical knowledge of Python programming (required).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Deep understanding of agentic reasoning, orchestration, and tool integration.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch).
• Understanding of tokenisation, context windows, rate limits, and cost optimization.
• API integration, asynchronous programming (async), and resilient error handling patterns.
• Very good knowledge of Responsible AI risks and mitigation methods.
• "Production-first" approach (observability, resilience, scalability).
• Ability to balance innovation with compliance and security requirements.
• Very good documentation and architectural communication skills.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Designing and implementing comprehensive GenAI solutions in Python.
• Building agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, tool/function calling, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Creating robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and grounding validation.
• Implementing memory strategies (short-term, long-term, summarizing, and vector-based memory).
• Integrating and evaluating multiple LLM models (e.g., GPT-4.x series, GPT-4o).
• Developing structured output systems and tool-calling with schema enforcement.
• Building evaluation frameworks covering hallucination detection, quality assessment, latency metrics, and cost analysis.
