Wymagania

  • 8+ years of experience in content program management, content operations, professional services delivery, or consulting with progressive responsibility
  • Experience managing content production across multiple contributor types including internal SMEs, external vendors, and contractors
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for content or product validation
  • Strong project and program management skills managing parallel workstreams and competing priorities
  • Ability to develop clear content standards and quality criteria for contributors
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has managed content production programs orchestrating others' work rather than creating content themselves
  • Experience working with technical SMEs with deep knowledge but limited availability for content creation
  • Has run customer validation sessions or user research and can translate qualitative feedback into production decisions
  • Familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, operations (AECO), manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries
  • Understands how content production fits into broader product and platform strategy
  • Highly organized managing multiple concurrent production tracks with different contributor types and timelines

Obowiązki

Content Production Management:

  • Intake content requirements from subject matter experts, product managers, and platform colleagues and translate them into production plans with clear scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Source and manage content contributors across multiple channels: internal consultants and SMEs, external vendors, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain content briefs, production standards, and quality gates for consistent output
  • Manage contributor relationships including scoping, contracting, and quality review
  • Track and report on pipeline throughput
  • Maintain momentum across concurrent production workstreams, identifying blockers and escalating when needed

Customer Validation and Feedback:

  • Plan and run customer validation sessions to test whether published content meets real customer needs
  • Design repeatable validation workflows and standards executable by others
  • Synthesize customer feedback into actionable inputs for content improvement
  • Feed validation insights back to product management and content production pipeline

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work with Content & Knowledge team to understand available knowledge and readiness for customer-facing production
  • Partner with solution product managers to align on content requirements and priorities
  • Coordinate with GTM on sales and positioning material needs
  • Contribute actively in team meetings by sharing progress and supporting colleagues
