UI Lead Engineer

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with component libraries and UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

Leadership & Delivery:

• Proven track record as a Team Lead and Technical Lead in UI development.
• Strong ability to manage delivery processes and ensure execution excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Additional:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of design systems and scalable component architecture.
• Background in mentoring and developing team members.

Technical Leadership:

• Own the architecture and technical direction for UI development.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks and tools for performance and scalability.

Team Management & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, providing guidance and support.
• Build strong relationships within the team to promote collaboration and trust.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.

Delivery & Execution:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of UI components and applications.
• Ensure timely execution of processes and project milestones.
• Manage risks and resolve technical challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively on progress, risks, and technical decisions.
