• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune in a production environment
• Confident with Windows and Android device configuration and management
• Understanding of Azure / Entra ID and Active Directory, including Group Policy concepts
• Proficient in PowerShell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a user-focused approach
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership, responsibility, and alignment with team and client goals
• Openness to learning, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a supportive team culture

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for software distribution, patching, Autopilot, and device configuration
• Manage Windows and Android devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies
• Ensure compliance by working closely with security teams on patching and configuration standards
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and troubleshooting
• Automate and optimize device management activities using PowerShell scripting
• Maintain clear technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Support continuous improvement of modern workplace services and operational processes
