Tax Data Manager/Consultant (m/f/n)

The role involves designing, coordinating, and overseeing the process of acquiring and delivering data from clients to internal analytical systems, acting as a bridge between the Engagement Team and the client's technical and operational capabilities.

• Mapping and visualizing the entire data lifecycle within a project, from identifying data sources at the client’s site through extraction to feeding data into systems.
• Identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, and challenges in the data transfer process.
• Actively seeking and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks related to data acquisition and processing.
• Proposing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Working closely with the Project Team to understand data requirements.
• Engaging with the client to clarify needed data and determine extraction methods.
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Analyzing and recommending appropriate data transfer methods (e.g., API, MFT).
• Presenting and justifying chosen methods to internal teams and clients.
• Possessing practical knowledge of data transfer tools and their limitations.
• Coordinating teams: client’s IT and Tax teams, and internal Central, Product, and Tax (Compliance) teams.
• Willingness to learn and utilize team support for complex technical aspects.
