Wymagania
- Experience with API and RESTful API technologies
- Proficiency in using Zendesk for customer support
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing
- Basic knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of PostgreSQL databases
- Basic experience with Grafana for monitoring
- Knowledge of Keycloak for authentication management
- Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology
- English language proficiency at C1 level
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support to customers using Kontakt.io products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs, RESTful APIs, and BLE technology
- Utilize tools such as Zendesk and Postman to manage support tickets and test APIs
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining service reliability using tools like Grafana
- Support integration and authentication processes involving Keycloak
