  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs, RESTful APIs, and BLE technology
  • Utilize tools such as Zendesk and Postman to manage support tickets and test APIs
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
  • Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining service reliability using tools like Grafana
  • Support integration and authentication processes involving Keycloak
