Senior Business Data Analyst

ITFS is a consulting company from the Trójmiasto area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an analytical position
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and extensive experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in working with large datasets
• Highly developed analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Understanding of business terminology and ability to act as a liaison between business and IT teams
• Independence in translating business requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs
• Support for testing processes at UT, ST, and comprehensive UAT stages
• High communication competencies and ability to work effectively in an agile team
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAS or Python
• Ability to create functional test cases and validate results

• Conducting advanced data analyses using SQL
• Designing technical solutions based on collected business requirements
• Ensuring smooth information flow between stakeholders and the development team
• Active participation in system and acceptance testing to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions

• Work location hybrid: Warsaw or Trójmiasto, 2-3 days per week in office
