Financial Data & Process Analyst (she / he)

• 5+ years of experience in IT financial management or consulting
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvement
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with databases and dashboard development
• Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services, especially Markets
• Front Office / trading environment exposure
• Lean / Six Sigma or similar certifications

• Analyse and optimize financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance processes
• Design and improve invoice validation and financial tracking workflows
• Standardize dashboard updates and internal documentation practices
• Drive process improvements and recommend tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Provide advanced Excel and data analysis guidance
• Support database analysis and dashboard development
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
• Identify improvement opportunities in IT financial management
• Support compliance reporting and dashboard optimization
• Collaborate with Markets (FX, Derivatives, Equities) on business integration
