Scala Developer

Scalo is developing a modern SaaS platform in the cloud contact center and customer communication area.

• Minimum 4.5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience designing and developing backend and distributed systems
• Good understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable SaaS environments
• Experience with modern high-availability and high-performance backend systems
• Ability to independently design solutions and solve technical problems
• Comfortable working in a product environment and collaborating with R&D teams
• Interest in modern technologies and AI/automation development (nice to have)
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+)
• Value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high engineering standards

• Participation in the development of a modern SaaS platform in the cloud contact center and customer communication area

• Working on the architecture of distributed systems in a cloud-native environment
