Workday Integrations Manager/Lead | Poland

Be part of an energetic and high-performing Deloitte Workday Integrations team within the Deloitte Central Europe Workday practice.

• At least 5 years of experience in XML-related technologies, with one of the OOP languages, and integrating data into Workday or other low-code cloud-based solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Very good knowledge of Internet technologies (web services) and a good understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS) and associated integration challenges
• Technical education (BA degree as a minimum)
• Fluency in client management, including communication, relationship building, and expectation setting
• Experience in managing Stream teams, including coordination, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration
• Eagerness to deepen consulting and communication skills, e.g., presenting, supporting/leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining solutions to customers
• Excellent English knowledge in writing and speaking
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects
• Team player flourishing while working in diverse and hybrid environments
• Availability to join the team 1st September 2026

Nice to have:

• Workday Integrations certification(s)
• Workday HCM/Financial Partner certification(s), or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience in designing workflows to solve business and technical problems

• Lead the Workday Integrations workstream in international Workday implementation or optimization projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with project objectives
• Advise, plan, and implement Workday Integrations applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into the required format with full ownership and minimal supervision
• Estimate integration scope and complexity for new prospects and contribute technical input into new commercial proposals and sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, risks, and recommendations, including presenting technical concepts clearly and structured
• Scope and clarify integration requirements with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with agreed deliverables and project timelines
• Manage and mentor less senior team members by providing coaching, guidance, and support in both technical and consulting skills
• Ensure successful delivery of implementation projects focused primarily on Workday integrations activities, including oversight of design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
