Full Stack Engineer

• Strong Python web development experience using frameworks like FastAPI (preferred), Flask, and/or Django.
• Experience with data pipelines using Airflow, Luigi, Pandas, or Numpy.
• Proficiency in microservice architectures and related concepts (CQRS, SAGA, event sourcing).
• Expertise in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
• Strong Linux sysadmin skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls).
• Familiarity with Git and branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based).
• Frontend development proficiency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge of regulated environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have:

• Experience in security testing tools (SAST, DAST), penetration testing, or fuzz testing.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Frontend experience in React or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong experience managing relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MongoDB).

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Leads to design, develop, and deliver software solutions meeting security and business requirements.
• Engage with cybersecurity teams to refine and improve features and solutions, ensuring bank systems remain secure.
• Develop new REST API services for internal use, build data pipelines, and create CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform bug fixing, automated test script development, and peer reviews.
• Lead by example when mentoring junior developers.
• Adhere to secure development practices and assist with process automation.
• Ensure operability of systems through troubleshooting, technical documentation, and review cycles.

Hybrid work setup requires presence 6 times per month from Kraków.
