Template Designer

• Excellent professional English
• Professional experience with Adobe InDesign or a similar tool
• Basic programming skills
• UI/UX or graphic design experience

• Experience in retail technology or labelling solutions (desirable)
• Knowledge of POS systems and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs) (desirable)
• Experience working in customer-facing delivery roles (desirable)
• Experience delivering workshops and client training (desirable)

Template Design & Configuration:

• Design and build NetTickIT templates
• Create shelf-edge labels, promotional labels, peg hook labels, and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs)
• Create and maintain Template Specification Documents
• Ensure consistency, branding, and usability across all templates

Client Engagement & Workshops:

• Lead template workshops with clients to gather requirements
• Translate business and operational needs into template designs
• Advise clients on best practices for shelf-edge, promotional, and ESL labelling
• Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Training & Support:

• Create user guides, documentation, and FAQs
• Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide ongoing guidance on template optimisation
• Deliver client training sessions and workshops on how to use NetTickIT Designer

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Collaborate with developers (integration and data mapping), business analysts (requirements gathering), implementation specialists (deployment), and project manager
• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support
