Full stack Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The team works on a high-profile initiative enhancing real-time financial market insights through Natural Language Processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence, building products that provide immediate data, analytics, and execution capabilities for institutional investors.

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in Java and Python
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
• Proven experience with Spring Framework
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-streaming technologies
• Effective verbal and written communication in English

Nice to have:

• Exposure to JavaScript/Vue.js for front-end development
• Experience with Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or Data Science
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, or LangGraph
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles

• Work within an agile team (4–6 members) alongside a dedicated product owner
• Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver them iteratively into production
• Design and implement secure and scalable solutions
• Share responsibility for production support following the principle: “the team builds it, the team supports it”
• Identify and help manage technical debt, balancing it with feature development
• Pair-programming and knowledge-sharing with team members across geographies
