Privacy Data Analysts with German

The Privacy Specialist role involves enforcing client product policies by analyzing privacy requests under European Law from lawyers and private individuals. The position requires reviewing and processing privacy requests, making sound decisions, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

• Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be inappropriate or explicit.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
• Good computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Ability to use Google Suite is an advantage.
• B.A. or B.S. degree/master's or equivalent professional experience in online operations, privacy, or legal support is desirable.

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools.
• Evaluate the validity of each request in line with clients' policies.
• Continually educate oneself about changes to policies and protocols with support from Training and Quality Departments.
• Work closely with clients' policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries using the client's response framework.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
• Achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of the daily workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment.
• Support different workflows/products/markets as required by business needs.
• Support the English market primarily, with occasional support for other markets and workflows using the Translation Tool due to business changes or volume fluctuations.
