Junior Founder Associate

3mdeb is a globally recognized consulting laboratory specializing in firmware and system security. They develop open-source firmware (Dasharo) for computer manufacturers, conduct training for engineers (PET/OST2), and build an ecosystem around computing infrastructure security (BSMConf). Their clients include hardware manufacturers from Europe and North America such as Protectli, NovaCustom, TUXEDO, and PC Engines.

• Very good work organization and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks without losing context
• Very good command of English (minimum B2, preferably C1) for daily work with clients and the English-speaking community
• Ability to work with documents and presentations using tools like Markdown, git, CryptPad, Nextcloud (training provided if unfamiliar)
• Ability to prioritize tasks understanding the difference between urgent and important
• Independence and proactivity, seeking problems to solve without waiting for instructions
• Experience working in IT or technology environments
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Practical skills in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as daily instruments for research, writing, analysis, and automation
• Discretion and responsibility due to access to sensitive company information

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Linux system (terminal, file system navigation)
• Knowledge of git and working with code repositories
• Interest in open-source, security, or firmware
• Experience in conducting meetings or presentations
• Familiarity with project management tools (Gitea, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to assess and verify AI-generated results, understanding when AI makes mistakes

• Managing the founder's calendar and priorities, including scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, and avoiding conflicts
• Coordinating information flow within the company to ensure the right people have the right information at the right time
• Resolving operational issues before they reach the founder
• Supporting new client onboarding and coordinating implementations
• Handling ongoing client inquiries and escalations
• Assisting in dispute and complaint resolution
• Participating in meetings with clients and partners as support for the founder
• Preparing presentations for conferences and client meetings
• Conducting research for current tasks including market, competition, and technology analysis
• Preparing summaries and briefings before meetings
• Editing and proofreading technical and business documents in Polish and English
• Organizing and leading internal meetings
• Preparing agendas and meeting notes
• Tracking the implementation of decisions and action items
• Taking responsibility for selected company processes over time
• Participating in technical projects such as documentation, testing, and configuration
• Representing the company at selected industry events
• Building relationships with clients and the open-source community
