Full-Stack Developer with German (Python, Kotlin)

The organisation develops applications including DB Translation App, KITT EASY, KITT PRONOUNCE and KITT LEARN, focusing on speech and language technology and AI models.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with JavaScript.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Kotlin.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python web development.
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture with at least two references documenting relevant architecture work.
• German language proficiency at C1 level; English proficiency at B2 level.
• Practical experience with designing and automating test procedures and debugging in test phases.
• Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of larger software environments in corporate settings.
• Familiarity with working in agile Scrum teams and common collaboration tools (JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint, Wikis).

Nice to have:

• At least 3 years of experience with React and/or vue.js.
• Experience with AI model training and testing for speech and language technology.

• Develop, customise and enhance full-stack components for listed applications, ensuring reliable frontend–backend integration.
• Implement and extend frontend components and integrate them with backend services and databases.
• Design, implement and maintain application interfaces, modules and database structures in accordance with DB development standards.
• Apply and develop training and testing methods for discriminative and generative AI models relevant to speech and language technology.
• Design, execute and automate test procedures; perform defect analysis and implement bug fixes during test phases.
• Install, configure and maintain larger software environments within a corporate IT landscape.
• Contribute to the evolution and optimisation of existing application and solution architectures.
• Create and maintain clear technical and system documentation for development and deployment activities.
• Prepare and package deliverables for application releases and deployments, ensuring deployment readiness.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile Scrum team using tools such as JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint and team Wikis.
