Financial Crime Intelligence Analyst

• Experience in digital assets transaction monitoring within a regulated institution
• Experience reviewing sanctions and watchlist screening alerts in regulated or digital asset settings
• Proficiency with tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM (or equivalent); blockchain investigative certifications are desirable but not required
• Experience drafting and submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Motivated and proactive individual contributor with pride in work quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and demanding environment with competing priorities
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing evolving priorities aligned with team strategy
• Genuine interest in digital assets and desire to expand knowledge in this area
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills

• Reviewing sanctions and watchlist screening alerts on entities and individuals on relevant lists
• Managing end-to-end financial crime investigations from transaction monitoring systems, payment screening tools, blockchain analytics providers, and other triggers
• Drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to relevant authorities
• Identifying and escalating opportunities to enhance BVNK's control environment

The role requires commitment to a full-time work schedule from 3pm to 12am CET, Thursday to Monday, with some flexibility depending on candidate preference.
