IT Business Analyst (B2B Contract)

As an IT Business Analyst in the Digital Marketing / Ecommerce stream, you will support meaningful change by translating business ambitions into clear and effective technological solutions. Your work directly contributes to better digital services, stronger customer experiences, and sustainable growth.

• At least 3 years of experience working independently as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst.
• Clear and effective communication and confident collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to draw well‑reasoned conclusions from complex information.
• Structured and diligent work approach with responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
• Ownership of commitments and consistent follow-through on promises.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing improvements instead of accepting existing solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance or broader financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum ways of working.
• Experience with marketing automation and/or CRM systems.

• Organise and facilitate requirement workshops with business, operational, and IT teams to gather, clarify, and align needs, constraints, and expectations.
• Build a strong understanding of system complexity, legal and regulatory requirements, and CX/UX best practices, translating them into clear and effective functional requirements.
• Analyse functional requirements end‑to‑end, assessing dependencies, impacts, and feasibility across systems and processes.
• Challenge assumptions and the validity of proposed ideas, suggesting better, simpler, or more sustainable solutions instead of accepting the status quo.
• Create and maintain high‑quality documentation in Confluence, including requirements, diagrams, and decision records; prepare clear meeting summaries and translate outcomes into actionable tasks for development teams.
