Expert IT Project Manager

Join a team of over 30 Project Managers working with teams from PwC Poland, PwC UK and the WE and CEE regions. • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager for end-to-end software delivery
• Experience with large-scale projects for broadly understood CRM systems
• Project Manager role in a large consulting firm
• Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment
• Perfect communication and presentation skills
• Positive thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Business orientation
• Product Ownership experience
• Experience in communication at the Partner or C-level
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
• Experience in using GenAI supporting project delivery
• Practical knowledge of Scrum framework
• Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince 2, PMI, AGILE PM)
• Additional role beyond project management, preferably in business development area
• Change management experience
• Ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently
