Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. The team supports and transforms operations of domestic and international clients by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating technological solutions. The role involves collaboration with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services including accounting, reporting, tax, and financial planning & analysis across various sectors in the region.
Wymagania
- Availability to work on-site in Bydgoszcz
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in information, knowledge, or document management within documentation-intensive and regulated environments
- Experience supporting administrative, reporting, compliance, or audit-related activities in a multinational organisation, governmental body, or international institution
- Strong understanding of information, knowledge, and records management processes, including governance, quality, compliance, and audit-readiness requirements
- Hands-on experience working with document management systems, information repositories, or collaborative platforms with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency of records while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise documentation and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using modern technologies and AI-based tools
Obowiązki
- Managing finance and governance-related documentation and information assets across their full lifecycle
- Supporting reporting, compliance, and audit-readiness through structured information and records management
- Maintaining and continuously improving document repositories, registers, trackers, and knowledge bases
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy, traceability, and accessibility of information across finance-related processes
- Supporting the capture, structuring, and dissemination of knowledge related to financial policies, processes, and procedures
- Providing administrative and coordination support to finance and governance processes in a multinational environment
