Senior BI Developer | Digital&IPA (freelance)

PwC Poland’s Digital&IPA team comprises 500 people responsible for IT projects for Polish and international clients, mainly providing IT consulting services to financial institutions from Poland and abroad.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI with good knowledge of DAX and Power Query
• Good understanding of databases and data modeling with practical experience in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx), or Python
• Proven track record conducting workshops with clients and gathering business requirements
• Solid knowledge of data visualization and information design best practices with attention to detail, clarity, and aesthetics
• Excellent command of English for international engagements

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting or similar client-facing, fast-moving environments
• Understanding of teamwork principles in project management methodologies
• Experience overseeing team members on projects
• Background in UX or UI design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma)
• Practical skills in using Fabric, Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps)
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Familiarity with Generative AI topics, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their practical applications in BI/analytics

• Develop cutting-edge digital solutions for PwC clients as part of a team of product design, business intelligence, and data science experts
• Work closely with clients across multiple industries to understand business problems and translate them into insights supporting real-time, daily, tactical, and strategic decisions
• Design and develop the visual layer of analytics and BI applications, bridging business and data science languages
