The Application Evolution Services team is part of PwC Poland. The team monitors application operations, responds in real-time, improves existing products, introduces new functionalities, and deploys innovative Customer Experience solutions for clients.
Wymagania
- Experience in IT support.
- Basic understanding of Alteryx and SQL.
- Good understanding of architecture and concepts of cloud-based web platforms and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in web-based projects with hands-on experience in software testing or programming.
- Experience in implementing and using Power BI.
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX language.
- Familiarity with Git, CICD aspects, and Data Concepts.
- Technical affinity for changing JSON files.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and MS Sharepoint.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, good organization skills, and structured thinking.
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of SAP.
- Basic understanding of Accounting.
- Basic understanding of Python.
- Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management).
- Knowledge of German.
Obowiązki
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to custom PwC ITSM solution and Alteryx workflows supporting financial end of month closing process.
- Prepare data models and reports in Power BI using DAX language.
- Use Alteryx data pipelines cooperating with SAP S/4Hana to supervise financial end of month closing processes.
- Support in gathering, analyzing, and understanding business and technical requirements.
- Provide 2nd line support and resolve tickets.
- Configure ITSM solution by working with JSON files.
- Analyze, modify, and create Alteryx workflows.
- Conduct problem analysis to diagnose issues and understand root causes.
- Collaborate with 1st-Level and 3rd-Level support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
