PAM SecOps Specialist

Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team supports core business functions by implementing applications for efficient work and top-notch service delivery. The Privileged Access Management team manages and delivers PwC's global strategic privileged access management platform, building strategic capabilities and embedding quality in systems and processes.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, controlling, maintaining, and monitoring privileged access management (PAM).
• Trustee, Defender & Sentry Certification is highly desired.
• CyberArk certification or minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Experience as application and technical subject matter expert.
• Solid understanding of privileged access management services and related infrastructure functions.
• Good understanding of Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Knowledge of industry leading practices like ITIL, Operations Control Quality, Process improvement systems (ISO 9000, SEI CMM, Six Sigma), and technical security operations and information security standards (ISO 27001).
• Ability to identify trends and escalate issues appropriately.
• Analytical skills for reporting and analyzing administrative, productivity, and operational data.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of building and maintaining strong relationships within the team and network.
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
• Good communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
• Very good client-facing skills.

• Assist with core product support across Development (DEV), Test (TST), and Production (PRD) environments, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Application (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
• Provide support for disaster recovery (DR) tests for TST and PRD environments.
• Support privileged user onboarding processes using PUU, PACLI, and REST API.
• Support daily operations, infrastructure monitoring, change planning, service requests, and incident management.
• Assist with configuration of policy management for platforms.
• Assist with onboarding and vaulting of accounts.
