The Application Evolution Services team is part of PwC Poland. The team monitors application operations, responds in real-time, improves existing products, introduces new functionalities, repairs, creates change requests, documents, and occasionally trains clients' employees. They deploy innovative Customer Experience solutions for clients.


Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
  • Written and spoken German at minimum B2 level.
  • Written and spoken English at minimum B2 level.
  • Experience implementing business processes with SAP standard software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and customer-specific enhancements.
  • Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems.
  • Basic project management skills for small-scale changes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).

Nice to have:

  • SAP certifications in relevant modules.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.

Obowiązki

  • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and execute minor projects and system changes meeting specific client needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
