Project Manager – Time Management (Replicon)

Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team supports core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and delivery of top-notch services. The team manages core and global business applications, ensuring continuous operation and precise handling of customer relationships and incidents.

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management processes
• Experience working with agile methods and both onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong organization, discipline, and attention to detail
• Experience influencing stakeholders and sponsors
• Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects
• Experience with Project Management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, O365)
• Experience implementing Replicon projects is an advantage
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
• Current location within the territory of Poland

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems
• PMP or CSM certification

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based timesheet tool across a global organization
• Act as the primary liaison between global stakeholder groups, territory teams, and the third-party vendor to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery phases while maintaining accountability for objectives, risks, and timely completion of deliverables
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate regular status reporting to the leadership and stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional collaboration enabling successful deployment and adoption of the solution
