Wymagania
- Ability to collaborate with business and tech teams to translate ideas into data and AI driven solutions
- Ability to tell a clear, compelling story using data and insights
- Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results
- Professional experience delivering and implementing data and AI solutions
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, transform and analyze data (using e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Experience in processing structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with GenAI solutions and LLMs
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau
- Fluent communication in Polish and English
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a consultancy role, demonstrating successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing
- Experience integrating AI-powered solutions into existing business workflows
- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering techniques
Obowiązki
- Gather and interpret business requirements to align data-driven solutions with strategic goals
- Employ advanced data analytics methodologies to address business challenges, optimizing predictive and prescriptive analytics to drive strategic decisions
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models to forecast trends and behaviors
- Present analytical insights to stakeholders and clients to facilitate informed decision-making
- Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations that underscore critical data points, facilitating robust risk management and process optimization
- Lead initiatives such as proposal drafting, proof-of-concept creation, and feasibility studies for new product development and market expansion
