As the Salesforce Team at PwC Polska, consisting of 150 specialists, we implement solutions based on the Salesforce platform, a world leader in CRM. We have access to the latest Salesforce products such as Salesforce Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Communication Cloud, and Net Zero Cloud. We combine expert knowledge in technology, business processes, and User Experience to deliver innovative Customer Experience solutions.
Wymagania
- 8+ years’ experience in IT commercial projects in various positions
- 3+ years' experience in Solution Architect/Technical Architect role
- Very good understanding of CRM systems
- Very good understanding of business processes in banking and/or insurance sector
- Broad range of technical knowledge especially in system architecture
- Experience in leading implementation teams
- Good understanding of system integration
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Open minded seeking innovative solutions
- Self-starter attitude
- Very good spoken and written English and Polish
Obowiązki
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Salesforce capabilities
- Create technical design for solutions according to Salesforce best practices
- Lead development of IT solutions on Force.com platform applying best practice of design patterns and Salesforce built-in functionalities
- Present design and implemented solutions to customers
- Apply creative approaches to solve common challenges across projects
- Implement and maintain accelerators for future projects
