The Application Evolution Services team is part of PwC Poland. The team monitors application operations in real-time, improves existing products, introduces new functionalities, repairs, documents, and supports clients' employees. They deploy innovative Customer Experience solutions for clients.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP Process Orchestration.
- Written and spoken German at minimum B2 level.
- Written and spoken English at minimum B2 level.
- Proven experience in processing tickets within an application managed service and implementing change requests.
- Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules.
- Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with agile methods.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
Nice to have:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.
Obowiązki
- Design and develop advanced solutions with SAP Process Orchestration to optimise integration and automate workflows across complex environments.
- Manage and resolve service tickets as part of an application managed service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes.
- Work across at least three SAP modules to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.
- Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that add value to clients.
