Developer SAP Programming with German | Managed Services Operations

The Application Evolution Services team is part of PwC Poland. The team monitors the operation of applications in real-time, improves existing products, introduces new functionalities, repairs, creates change requests, documents, and occasionally trains clients' employees. They deploy innovative Customer Experience solutions for clients.

• Minimum 3 years of experience or internships in SAP ABAP development or related SAP programming roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts (reports, modules, data dictionary objects, forms)
• Willingness to learn object-oriented programming and SAP enhancement techniques
• Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces under the guidance of senior developers
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Participate in debugging and optimizing existing SAP programs to improve performance
• Collaborate with functional consultants and other team members to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions
• Document development work and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Learn and apply SAP programming best practices and development standards
• Support testing activities, including unit and integration testing
• Continuously develop technical skills and SAP knowledge through training and mentoring
