Workday Product Manager

At PwC, the talent and development team focuses on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. They collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

• A high school diploma.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas.
• Knowledge of product management processes, including roadmap creation and release management.
• Ability to work independently, plan tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO).
• Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.

• Manage the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting).
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage releases.
• Design and deliver product solutions from concept to end-of-life.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones.
• Manage and coach Product Owners within the scrum team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with system architecture, risk, legal, and operations teams.
• Apply design thinking principles and maintain a customer-first mindset.
