Wymagania

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, management, and business development.
  • Expertise in leading client negotiations to finalize contracts and agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities related to cloud services.
  • Skills in customizing presentations and pitches to client business and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and forensic services.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools such as task automation, information analysis, and content creation.
  • Experience cultivating strong client relationships to understand business challenges and objectives.
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create proposals showcasing cloud services expertise.
  • Proficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, including writing technical documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Technology certifications.
  • MBA or other business management certificate.

Obowiązki

  • Lead business development for PwC's One Firm Technology Transformation Services, focusing on Financial Crime Unit offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage sales pipeline and delivery backlog for Financial Crime Unit and PwC technology services in the Polish market.
  • Lead sales strategy, negotiations, and end-to-end sales process including proposals, RFPs, deal structuring, pipeline management, and handover to delivery.
  • Cooperate with Technology Partners and alliances, coordinating communication with vendors to generate joint business.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other PwC Lines of Services to generate joint, consistent pipeline.
  • Own client relationships end-to-end, acting as single point of contact and maintaining high satisfaction throughout engagement.
  • Jointly lead a strategic platform as part of SWAT, co-owning sales pipeline and account strategy.
  • Co-own PwC technology agenda for Priority Clients, aligning strategy, roadmap, and investments to business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify client needs and design creative, non-standard solutions delivering measurable business value.
