PwC Poland’s Microsoft team includes 100 specialists such as programmers, architects, consultants, analysts, and project managers. They deliver web applications and Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Dynamics F&SCM solutions for Polish and European clients across industries including financial, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, automotive, and others. Technologies used include ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework/EF Core, SQL Server, Azure/AWS Stack, Web API, Angular, JQuery, and Azure DevOps.
Wymagania
- 8+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM (Dynamics AX) Consultant with minimum 3 end-to-end projects
- Ability to configure and parametrize the system
- Understanding of customization patterns within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM to specify custom solutions for developers
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is an asset
- Ability to perform and document business and system analysis results (e.g., user stories, processes, diagrams)
- Communication and presentation skills sufficient to work within the delivery team
- Creative approach to solving common challenges across projects
- Self-starter attitude
- English and Polish at least at C1 level
Nice to have:
- Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM or earlier versions
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Proven experience with other leading ERP platforms
- Self-motivated digital solutions enthusiast thriving in fast-paced environments
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Experience in presales activities, valuation of customer requirements, and presales presentations
Obowiązki
- Playing an active role in the project team in defining optimized business processes, structured requirements analysis, providing input for project scope or product backlog, prioritizing requirements, helping customers define MVP and product roadmaps
- Working with the client by conducting workshops, running demos, presenting or implementing solutions
- Configuring and making the solution work according to requirements
- Delivering fit-gap analysis for solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM
- Proactively sharing knowledge and introducing new people to the team and teaching others
