Microsoft D365 F/SCM Business Architect

• Experience in Finance and Operations area
• Ability to define business architecture of ERP systems according to client goals
• Good knowledge of financial, project, logistics, and production processes with ability to map and optimize them
• Skills in conducting workshops, analyzing and documenting business requirements, and preparing offers and estimates
• Advanced communication skills in Polish and English
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation)
• Enjoy working in a team, sharing knowledge, showing initiative and independence

• Shape the solution vision by defining the business architecture of the ERP system according to client goals and needs
• Analyze end-to-end processes by mapping and optimizing business processes in finance, projects, logistics, and production
• Collaborate with stakeholders by connecting business needs with system capabilities, conducting workshops and discovery sessions
• Design functional solutions by creating functional concepts and recommending best practices based on D365 F&O standards
• Assess the impact of changes by analyzing the effect of new functionalities on existing processes and systems, managing business risk
• Support implementation teams by cooperating with consultants, developers, and testers to ensure solution consistency
• Manage requirements by documenting and prioritizing business requirements and supporting their realization
• Build client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor and supporting digital transformation
• Monitor implementation effectiveness by defining KPIs and measuring project success from a business perspective
• Develop competencies and mentor by sharing knowledge, conducting training, and supporting project team development
