Identity Security Consultant

PwC Poland’s cybersecurity team consists of 50 specialists who help companies design cybersecurity strategies, monitoring, and incident response processes. They support implementation of specific security systems and combine knowledge of business processes and cyber threats with experience from security audits, penetration testing, and operational support for SOC teams.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions (6 years for Senior position)
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, privileged access, and customer identity management processes
• Experience in technical leadership and project management
• Practical skills in installing, upgrading, and operating IAM/CIAM tools
• Good understanding of DevOps principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
• Fluent communication in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience managing multiple IAM/CIAM projects simultaneously
• Certifications in IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP), or project management
• Familiarity with ISO27k or NIST security standards

• Deliver identity and access management (IAM, PAM, CIAM) projects for clients across various industries
• Design and implement IAM/CIAM solutions to improve security and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare implementation materials
• Lead small to medium-sized technical teams and manage project delivery
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta
• Apply DevOps principles in IAM/CIAM environments
