Senior Microsoft D365 F&SCM Consultant (finance)

PwC Poland’s Microsoft team includes 100 specialists delivering web applications and Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics F&SCM solutions for Polish and European clients across industries such as financial, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, and automotive. They use technologies including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework/EF Core, SQL Server, Azure/AWS Stack, Web Api, Angular, JQuery, and Azure DevOps.

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant with at least one end-to-end project.
• Ability to configure and parameterize the system.
• Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations sufficient to specify custom solutions for developers.
• Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is an asset.
• Ability to perform and document business and system analysis (e.g., user stories, processes, diagrams).
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools for task automation, information analysis, and content creation.
• Communication and presentation skills sufficient to work within a delivery team.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Proven track record working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification.
• Experience with other leading ERP platforms.

• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Experience in presales activities, customer requirements valuation, and presales presentations.

• Define optimized business processes, conduct structured requirements analysis, provide input for project scope or product backlog, prioritize requirements, and help customers define MVP and product roadmaps.
• Work with clients by conducting workshops, running demos, presenting, and implementing solutions.
• Configure and implement solutions according to requirements.
• Deliver fit-gap analysis for solution requirements referencing standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM.
• Share knowledge proactively and onboard new team members.
