AWS Data Engineer/Consultant

• Minimum 6-7 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of practical work with AWS public cloud and its services.
• Experience as a technical consultant and collaboration with business clients.
• Experience in projects involving processing large data sets.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively at various organizational levels.
• Knowledge of AWS data technologies, services, and tools (Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR, Lake Formation).
• Experience with CI/CD and ETL pipelines.
• Use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches in solution design (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Programming skills in at least one language (Python, Node.js, Java, GO, or .NET).
• Familiarity with new AI-based technologies and tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
• English communication skills at least at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of AWS AI/ML services, especially Bedrock and SageMaker.
• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Data Analytics Specialty, Machine Learning Specialty).
• Experience building event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) or data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience in consulting firms, especially in pre-sales and business development.
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Experience working in an international environment.

• Design and implement comprehensive data solutions on the AWS platform (e.g., Data Lake).
• Create value propositions and technical offers for potential clients.
• Support implementation and development of AI/ML projects using Bedrock and SageMaker services.
• Present technical solutions to both technical personnel and business stakeholders.
• Actively participate in business development and pre-sales activities.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients in cloud, Big Data, and AI/ML areas.
