ServiceNow HAM Architect

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of the platform and confidence in implementation, customization, or maintenance projects.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module.
• Hands-on experience with stockroom and asset lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with hardware procurement workflows and vendor integrations.
• Experience in CMDB and ITSM alignment for HAM data accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• At least 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven track record with HAM and asset lifecycle design.
• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification (HAM specialization preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices related to ITAM.
• English (C2) or other European languages would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or economic field.

• Lead the technical design and architecture for Hardware Asset Management solutions within ServiceNow.
• Design and optimize processes for hardware asset lifecycle, procurement, stockroom, and inventory management.
• Integrate HAM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external procurement systems.
• Ensure asset governance, compliance, and accurate data management across the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Define HAM policies and workflows to support procurement and disposal processes.
• Oversee HAM reporting and dashboard development to support asset utilization and cost optimization.
