D365 Finance and Operations – Solution Architect

This role is within EY GDS Consulting practice, providing end-to-end project implementation expertise in Oracle products and D365 Finance and Operations.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with D365 Finance and Operations or previous products.
• Lead position experience in at least 4 full life cycle implementations of D365 modules.
• Experience managing a technical team in the described area.
• Key client-facing delivery role experience.
• Master’s degree in finance or equivalent education.

Nice to have:

• German or French language skills.
• X++ programming skills.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualifications.

• Collaborate with EY GDS Consulting practice for project implementation.
• Conduct pre-sales activities including product presentation and solution concept development.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage implementation phases.
• Lead and expand a team of D365 Finance and Operations experts.
• Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other methodologies.
• Run client design reviews and discussions from offering to delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and functional consultants across projects.
• Map client requirements in areas such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Interpret functional requirements onsite and deliver/design solutions offshore.
• Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
• Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
• Prepare test scripts and test cases.
