Program Manager

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including bidding and offer preparation
• Proven experience in AI domains
• Proven success in Enterprise (cloud, mobiles, .NET, Java)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices
• Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies
• Fluent English (C1)
• Flexibility to work across US time zones

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CMS platforms
• Experience in the chemical industry

• Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts
• Analyze and define development plans with the customer
• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting processes to ensure effective financial management
• Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulatory requirements
• Support the preparation and review of offers
• Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
• Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
• Manage multiple teams
