Senior 3D Character Animator

Artifex Mundi is a mobile F2P game developer with 20 years of experience and over 100 employees, divided into two independent studios: Adventure and RPG. The RPG team is working on Void Hunters, a tactical RPG featuring turn-based combat, deep systems, team development, and synergy-building mechanics between heroes.

• Very good sense of dynamics and timing of movement.
• Ability to rig and skin characters.
• Directing skills.
• Knowledge of MAYA software (mandatory).
• Ability to develop and adapt to existing pipelines.
• Ability to quickly block animations.
• Openness to feedback and animation changes.
• Ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Ability to create storyboards.
• Experience in creating slightly stylized animations.
• Leadership and mentoring experience and/or skills.
• Knowledge of the RPG game market.
• Knowledge of the F2P game market.
• Knowledge and ability to work with mocap technology and materials.
• Knowledge of Unity, especially animation systems.

• Animating fantasy characters, mainly humanoid.
• Actively participating in the creative process of animation vision creation (storyboard).
• Collaborating with designers and concept artists to maximize character expression through movement.
• Providing feedback to animation team members.
