Business Intelligence Analyst

• Willingness to cooperate based on a B2B contract.
• Higher education (economics or IT).
• 2 years of experience as a financial analyst, BI analyst, or controlling specialist.
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience working with Microsoft/Oracle databases.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, including the ability to work with large amounts of data (including SQL).
• Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations based on numerical data analysis.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Power Query or Power BI.

• Designing, modifying, and maintaining reports, management dashboards, and business applications, especially for the company in Greece, using available tools for eService and Group companies within the Shared Services Center (mainly data warehouses and databases).
• Creating management reports and KPIs supporting business management.
• Collaborating with the IT team and/or external company in implementing new functionalities and updates for reporting tools and cooperating in defining business assumptions.
• Developing and maintaining documentation regarding used tools and performed tasks.
• Ensuring consistency and reliability of data in reporting systems.
• Implementing new analytical tools and functionalities supporting process automation in the Finance Department, particularly using BI tools.
• Analyzing collected data and managing it in data warehouses and relational databases.
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract data from relational databases.
• Collaborating with other organizational units of the Global Payments Capital Group companies, especially providing substantive support in creating reports from BI tools.
