• Higher education, preferably in information security, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of ISO family standards, especially ISO27000
• Practical knowledge of KNF recommendations, DORA, UKSC, GDPR
• Knowledge in network technologies, operating systems, databases, and security systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft security environment tools
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, ICT, and AI
• Good work organization
• Analytical skills

• Developing existing solutions within the Information Security Management System at the bank
• Creating policies, standards, and procedures related to information security and supervising their compliance
• Conducting information security risk analyses
• Handling and reporting information security incidents
• Continuous cooperation with IT and cybersecurity teams
• Reviewing contracts, regulations, and processes for information security aspects, including cloud solutions, AI, and ICT
• Assessing entities cooperating with the bank regarding information security
• Conducting training on information security
• Initiating actions and cooperating with bank units to build awareness about information security
