Senior Java Developer / Tech Leader

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Recruitment process consists of two stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development and designing systems with microservice architecture
• Practical experience with event-driven architecture and synchronous (REST) and asynchronous (events, messaging) communication
• Ability to configure CI/CD pipelines and adapt them to team needs
• Experience as a technical leader or project leader
