Wymagania

  • Experience in administration of enterprise grade backup/restore/DR products
  • Experience integrating backup/restore/DR products with virtual infrastructure
  • Experience in backup and restore operations (on-prem and Cloud)
  • Experience in data replication
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery services
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
  • Good organizational and prioritising skills
  • Proactive attitude, team-work spirit, self-motivated with strong user orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to cope with fast changing technologies
  • Experience with backup of Red Hat OpenShift and containers
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 backups
  • Experience in Zerto replication
  • Commvault or Veeam certification

Obowiązki

  • Administering enterprise class backup/restore products
  • Administering DR solutions
  • Managing backups and restores
  • Troubleshooting of issues related to backups and restores
  • Tuning, optimizing and capacity planning
  • Patch management
  • Monitoring and performing analysis of alerts of the backup/restore/DR environment
  • Recommending and implementing best practices and security standards
  • Updating the technical documentation and operating procedures
  • Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures
  • Providing 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinating with 3rd line of support
  • Participation in coordination and project meetings
  • Other specific duties aligned to profile as assigned by supervisor

On-call duty:

  • Defined period of readiness to undertake specific actions after notification over the phone to assure continuity of technical system according to agreed service levels
  • On-call duty covers periods from 18:00 to 08:00 on normal working days and from Friday 18:00 to Monday 8:00, with possible other periods
  • On-call duty covers readiness only; actions/interventions during on-call are additionally compensated

  • Rate: 430 EUR/MD nett+VAT
  • Hybrid work (70% from the Warsaw office, 30% remotely - to be agreed with the manager)
