Wymagania

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and HR transformation or process ownership roles within a complex, global organisation
  • Demonstrated experience owning or designing end-to-end HR processes at global scale
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operating models, controls and metrics
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms supporting recruitment and hiring
  • Proven ability to operate governance, manage senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrix environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and insight to inform process improvement
  • Confident communicator, able to translate complex process concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences

Obowiązki

  • Own the global end-to-end Talent Acquisition process from demand to onboarding hand-off
  • Define and maintain global Talent Acquisition standards, policies and documentation
  • Ensure process consistency, clarity and compliance across regions, with agreed local variations
  • Lead Talent Acquisition process design and continuous improvement using data and user feedback
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities and translate them into actions
  • Establish and operate global governance, including change control and issue management
  • Act as the global process owner and key contact for Talent Acquisition within Capgemini
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, HR Centres of Excellence, technology teams and vendors
  • Ensure HR systems effectively support Talent Acquisition processes and user experience
  • Define and monitor global Talent Acquisition KPIs and performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
