Wymagania

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools for task automation, information analysis, and content creation

Obowiązki

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMO team and other stakeholders
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, templates, and records
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the PMO
  • Maintain and organize shared drives, folders, and document repositories
  • Monitor and track timesheet submissions across project teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Follow up with team members on missing, incomplete, or incorrect timesheet entries
  • Validate timesheet data against project allocations and highlight discrepancies
  • Support month-end and period-end timesheet closure processes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for timesheet-related queries and issues
  • Maintain and update data within PMO tools and internal systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from internal systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
