AI-Forward Fullstack Engineer (.NET / Angular)

AgentHub is 7N's platform for matching clients with the right consultants and automating workflows around that process. The team consists of 4–5 developers and architects who heavily use AI tools and aim to advance AI-assisted development.

• Approximately 7+ years of solid fullstack experience with Angular/TypeScript and .NET in production systems
• Genuine fluency in both frontend and backend development, capable of owning features from API to UI
• Comfort with Python for AI/ML services or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) into production or strong willingness to learn
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to make and defend decisions
• Balanced perspective on AI tooling, enthusiastic about strengths and honest about limitations
• Deep understanding of system reliability, scalability, and failure modes
• Fluent English with the ability to discuss complex technical topics clearly
• High ownership and self-direction suited for a small team environment

• Build features end-to-end across AgentHub using Angular on the frontend, .NET on the backend, and Python services for AI/ML workloads
• Move fluidly between frontend and backend depending on sprint needs
• Implement against the existing design system, focusing on user experience
• Help define and execute the product's AI strategy including agentic workflows, automation, and UI capabilities
• Collaborate with architects on major technical decisions and own domains end-to-end
• Build reliable integrations with external systems including ATS, with retries, circuit breakers, and versioning
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to align the system with recruitment and consultant matching processes
• Design secure-by-default systems using OAuth2, JWT, managed identities, and rate limiting
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development and critically evaluate outputs
• Build internal AI tooling such as code generation helpers, review bots, and automation agents
• Establish team standards and guardrails for AI-assisted coding
• Coach teammates and share effective practices peer-to-peer
• Own production responsibilities including observability, on-call duties, and incident management
